The first Ph. D graduate from the ANTONIS lab, Dr. Goh, received a job offer from Samsung Electronics Corporation DS.
She will be in charge of creating ferroelectric devices for next memory technology.
Her publication during her doctoral program was extraordinary.
She has published 12 SCI first authored papers and top tier conference such as IEDM in 2021.

고영인 박사가 2021년도 겨울, ANTONIS lab의 첫 박사 졸업생이 되었습니다.
삼성전자 DS 부분, 반도체 연구소에서 제안을 받았으며, 강유전체 기반의 차세대 메모리 기술 개발팀에 합류할 예정입니다.
박사 학위 기간 동안 매우 우수한 논문 실적 (12개의 SCI 1저자 논문)들을 남기셨으며, 최고 권위 학회인 IEDM에 2021년 논문을 개제하기도 하였습니다.
