Taeho Kim, a forth year Ph. D student in our lab, received a job offer from Samsung Electronics Corporation.
He had published quite a lot of papers, and currently conducting research regarding the negative capacitance based charge trap flash memory.
He will join Samsung as soon as his Ph.D program is over.

박사 과정 4년차 김태호 학생이 2021년도 가을 삼성전자 박사 대여 장학생으로 선발 되었습니다!
학위 기간동안 우수한 논문 실적을 쌓아오고 있으며, 최근에는 음의 유전율 기반의 플래시 메모리에 대한 연구를 진행 중에 있습니다.
박사 학위 취득 후에는 삼성전자 반도체 연구소에 합류할 예정입니다.
