Dr. Goh's paper was accepted for ACS Appl. Mater. (Q1 Journal) entitled "Selector-less Ferroelectric Tunnel Junction by Stress Engineering and an Imprinting Effect for High Density Cross point Synapse Arrays".
This is the 4th ACS AMI papers of hers. Congrats!!!!!
